  Let me just start by saying consumers is FRAUD! I just recently got noticed by email about a enotice I looked into it and I had charges so finally they unblocked me. And I go in and see late fees . All the way back to September . When I set this bank up In 2013 it was never told there were two accoint numbers so my my direct deposit was going in savings when I selected checking . So this whole time I thought I had money in my account . I kept getting locked my online banking but I never got a email or a letter or a call telling me I’m getting fees stacked up pretty high . That’s wrong ! I want my other half of my money back . Pulled out 1,000 in fees . Only refunded 505.00 . Anne is a horrible manager she never once wanted to hear what I had to say . She wasn’t gonna help me out over something that is there fault .
